This guy gets top teir and 5 star talent every year and should probably make the final four every year.
They just blew the game against G'Town and were outscored 15-3 in the OT period.
Is this guy that good of a coach? Or does he just have more talented kids then every other basketball program?

he doesn't do nothing. His assistants get the talented kids and they play off there talent to win games...he doesn't know how to coach. And I agree. that had to killed watching the OT period. lol

You are a complete fool.
Roy Williams started out as a high school coach and worked his way up through the system. He took a Kansas program that was on probation and turned them into a consistent winning program. He went to 4 final fours with Kansas and not all the teams were talented.
He won a national title with Carolina and learned under the legendary Dean Smith.
Carolina got screwed because the refs refused to call any fouls on Georgetown in the second half and in the OT. Hansborough was hammered twice in the OT. Once was a no call, the other was a jump ball.
How do you think Roy got all that talent? He recruited it. People want to play for him. He successfully managed the talent and won the ACC regular season and tourney title. He coached a team to the elite eight just a day after the team's mascot was run over in New Jersey. The male cheerleader who knew many on the team is now on his death bed in New Jersey. No doubt this also weighed on the team's mind.

Dumbest question Ive ever seen asked not to mention coaching is mostly about preparation only so much can be done during the game and by the way the NCAA tournament is a one and done tourney so its like oh hey its a walkthrough get real UNC doesnt have the best starting 5 in the tourney they just have a deeper bench but that being said ur bench isnt better than their starting 5
