Well it's that time of year again to spring clean. What aree some ways you spring clean your house? What do you do for your outside sprucing up?

wash mini blinds wash walls clean carpet and hope the ceiling doesn't need attention,ha change out all rugs and accessories change curtains .Now for the fun part i always check out new plants from my landscape nursery,look at all my copies of Gardener's mags and decide what to plant new this year and forget last years mistakes plant something new and divide up what survived the winter then decide what garden plants and what flowers then get busy!This year i redesign my flower garden,and moved the lawn furniture around to a new and i hope better location.Sounds like a lot of work but i love every minute of it.Good luck on yours.

cleaning is definitely the way to go. Getting rid of things that are not useful--- creating space and for a special this year I have an outside bar for the patio. It's an outdoor timber made out of thin slats with 2 bar stools and it is heavy so cannot be pushed around. I have plastic glasses for all types of mixed drinks as I don't want any glass in the patio area. It gives me an extra reason to wander to the patio with my ice bucket,tongs and cocktail ingredients........it's going to be a good year.

Go to flylady.com She has the best cleaning system I've ever used and detailed cleaning instructions on Spring or Crisis cleaning as well.
