maybe for halloween... in the winter its nice to have dark colours ex. dark purples but in the spring and summer try to go for brighter colours like pinks or bright red shades

from all the magizines i've read lately, its actually still popular right now, and looks pretty good on shorter nails. i tried it and it actually looked alright.
