ive developed a pretty bad temper and i can just snap. its not good for me or the people around me. what should i do about it??

A truly angry person would have typed your question in all caps. Try paradigm shifting, when you sense a urge of emotion building up, startle the subject with a thought totally unrelated to the issue. Excuse yourself from the situation briefly and gather your calm emotional self and learn to let go of things that cannot change instantly. If all else fails try using a punching bag and let it all out on that. Or smoke a bowl and chill, life isnt worth having a stroke over. You die and they win, stay alive.

If you find yourself in a bad situation, remove yourself immediately from the situation and be alone so you can blow off steam.
