I have a 8G ipod nano. and today when i went to listen to it and i turned it on. it froze on me and now i can fix it now.... it froze right when i hit go for a song i choose.
i can i fix it??

and it had showed onto itunes and told me to restore.. well i didn't have internet connection so it didn't work.. i exit-ed it and went to a different place to a different place for connecion... well now i can't get my ipod to show on itunes now.. i can open itunes but nothing shows for my ipod

You can force a reset on it's system by holding both the middle button and the menu button at the same time for 5-10 seconds. It will shut off and then restart. You shouldn't lose any data in this process.

you have to move the hold button side to side 2 times then hold the pause button
