We need to ask ourselves why the top 4 clubs don't have englishmen then we'd give ourselves the answer to that question.

When looking at the qualities the national side possess, you could easily say they could make a better side comparing to one of the best clubs in the world so the question is; "Would any of these clubs appoint any English"? the answer is simply; No!

Therefore, we don't have to bother ourselves by thinking there is one english who's good for the job.

Thanx!

There are some very capable managers within England but the problem is they are not YES men who will put the wishes of the FA before the game, players and fans. The FA want someone who will do what they are told so the problem is with an organization that have lost touch with the progress of the game on an International basis. Those not wanting a foreign coach have to realize that there may be benefits in going that way also. They may be able to introduce the type of football that is played outside England into their game and blend the two into a combination that gets results. They need a NO man but the FA will not allow that so lets hope that whomever is in charge it is someone with some backbone and vision.

Best man for the job... if England wants to taste glory.

Even if they want an English coach...he should be someone capable of handling the team and pressure.

English, I feel its about nations and the nation's football talent and expertise, personally i wouldnt allow foreign manager or coaching staff!
And its not like we won much with a foreign manager previously anyway lol....... was thrilled when mcclaren got the england job tho, as a middlesbrough fan tht is.....means we got rid of him!
If the manager isnt english, its like english football + help...... and since its nations playing each other lol, its like admitting we cant find anyone good enough in our own country!!
