I have an original Brothers' Grimm Fairy Tale book that dates back to the 1800s. I would never sell it, but I just want to know its worth. I have a few other extremely vintage items too that I found in my grandmother's library. Some old Shakespeare plays too with rare illustrations included between the pages. Old mythology books, more fairy tale books, Plato's works. All of the books are hardback, the pages feel like dried leaves though.

Your largest nearby city probably has an antiquarian society. That's probably the best place to start.
