Try your best to remember all the best moments your life you can remember. How many do you really remmember after all these years? Most people cant recall that many. Live the rest of your free moments like the best of your past moments - nay, even better! Strength comes from within. Life can be a struggle, but in my own preference it is the pain we endure that allows us to be stronger and greater people. You could however turn your pain to cause you more misery, but with a realistically positive attitude you can use it to make you stronger. Life is a continuous process of pain and pleasure which tends to happen in cycles. With every respite you have from suffering, there is a greater window of opportunity to seize pleasure. The greater the suffering you endure, the greater the pleasure you can have in rebounding yourself. This explains why it is so comforting for me to enjoy sitting on my chair after a long hard day's toil rather than today when i have done nothing and it feels rather indifferent to me (unless i think about it and then begin to appreciate it). Pleasures in life become more precious and can be better appreciated and enjoyed when we go through more pain. The human psyche is very resilient in being able to bounce back from pain - its just a matter of seizing this chance. Even if you are working 18 hours a day doing factory labor, say in your 5 minute coffee break you have this huge opportunity to seize a moment of zen - watch the scenery outside your window, smile at others and just breath knowing that you are able to take this pain and appreciate life. This can be very soothing when done with the right mentality. Pain and pleasure is all relative. People living a high-end rich and easy lifestyle with a large house and servants and all these conveniences, for them that sort of 5 minute coffee break period i mentioned earlier will most likely feel worthless - they tend to have a higher standard for pleasure, so they are unable to enjoy nearly as much in the world (which is a pity if you ask me!). But if im living a difficult life, its more likely even idle free moments can be filled with happiness and content. Remember, seize the moments!

My friend, if you are struggling, it means you are fighting. If you are fighting, you have a good fighting chance. People don't remember results as much as they do the fight. Results form statistics, the story(fight) is what remains in the memory.

Not everyone is fortunate to have that chance. Think Somalia. Think Iraq and then again think Katrina.

Having said that - you are obviously struggling to get somewhere. That tells me you have a goal. The goals you set must be long term - somethings are always good - no matter where you are or what your age like schooling, education...with proper guidance....you can never go wrong with that - anything you do or any scarifice you make are worth it. The only bigger item is health - always take care of your health. Ther are always people depending on you / counting on you. Looking to you as their source of light upliftment.... unless you take care of your helath you cannot do justice to them.

Sactifices, and struggles makes you strong. They tell you what you are capable of. Take pride in what you have been able to withstand with your struggle where a much lesser person might have given in.

Best of all - spring is round the corner. Struggle is the name of the game ... you do struggle to win a game, win a job, win your life back.

Only thing with life is that you already have it with you - you decide how to run it based on where you want to get in life. Struggle is just a realization or feedback that you are making progress, even by being in the game. That is the best news.

Youa re the master of your destiny - nothing can stop you. Dont let anyone stop you.

The indisputable fact that we're dwelling and respiring and capable to do these types of matters. The indisputable fact that we aren't rocks and a few divine twist of fate made use who we're as an alternative of a few inorganic atom. The truth we will supply matters valued at. We can categorise. Its all lovely, the sight, the sound, the suppose, the emotion, the style. Even anguish. We can suppose that no longer many different matters can. Pain is also painful, however we will suppose it simply as we will suppose glad. Its mighty fairly that out of all of this we will do those matters. Although it sort of feels to suck typically its nonetheless exceptional. random truth: should you shoot a rabbit, it doesnt recognize why it feels anguish, it does not sign in that there's an evidence, it simply is aware of it feels anguish and as a response will run away, even supposing its loss of life. Shoot a human (even supposing they didn't recognize what a gun was once) it might comprehend its anything introduced, have a few type or potential of what to do etc. I dont believe this was once valuable however its written now... But if youre watching for one motive it might absolutely be pie.

I watched the movie "the Secret" a few weeks ago and it has helped me look at my life differently. It was featured on Oprah and the book is now #1 on the bestsellers list. I don't agree completely with it (its missing the "taking action" part); but I believe it has a really positive message. You can buy the dvd but you can also watch it online at their website: http://www.thesecret.tv
I lent my DVD to some friends and everyone has gotten something from it... I really suggest you watch it if you believe life is a struggle... If you look at it that way, it will always be a struggle, your mind is the most powerful thing in the world.
My first suggestion, is wake up every day and think of something, ANYTHING, that you have to be grateful for, it will completely change how you live. Good luck.

Honestly I'm so glad to hear that. Most people who say their life is struggle after struggle.. turn to depression, cutting, drugs, alcohol and suicide as a way to cope.. but you are just coming forward.. saying that you need to a get a grip! rather than screw this world .. im outtie.

I tell everyone whos down.. that we can't base our lives on the sad and unhappy parts. we're gunna spend 80% of our life angry, sad, depressed, and working for something that we'll never get.... its that 20% that we live for... that 20% of our lives that we spend happy, cheerful, and subconciously thankful to be alive.
if you can live each day reminding yourself that, things might turn around a little bit.

lifes generally hard and a struggle but you have to remind yourself that part of that struggle is fighting to be happy.. otherwise.. your fighting for nothing :).

pamper yourself in a while, buy something for yourself instead of others, read a book instead of doing work.. it wont hurt if you dont do the dishes for a few days.. and it wont hurt so bad if ur a little late on that paperwork... spend your time.. your LIFE doing what you want to do when you think you can.. and when you think you Should

good luck :)

Life will always be a struggle. The most important things in life are achieved by hard work and strugging to get them. Once you accomplish something, you realize you have new goals and need to struggle again and again, even in your personal life. Get a therapist so you can get someone to listen to you and maybe help you make better decisions. Good luck!

Do you have any problems with procrastination and waiting till the last minute to accomplish tasks that should have been taken care of right away? It may help to cut down on procrastination. If you have any self esteem issues, you might want to go to a counselor or something. Believe me, that would definitely help. You could also even prioritize certain parts of your life so that you can get things done without thinking about other things that may come to mind. I feel as though I have the exact same problem right now; I'm not exactly happy with my life. However, I have tried doing the above things, and they DEFINITELY help. Good luck!
