I understand where you're coming from.
As we mature, we learn about all the different types of love out there.
As youths, we think of love as that hormonally
induced feeling we get.
As adults, we see the love that comes from working together through life's problems.

I am not trying to say what you're feeling is invalid. It's not. I've been in your shoes. But
time changes our perspective on many things,
and love develops that we cannot even conceive of as youths.

Go forward in your life and love with all your heart. You never lose when you love. It helps build you into a wonderful person.

Have a very happy love-filled life.

"love is blind" -william shakespeare
that qoute right there really explains it all.. You think you are so in love(especially younger people) which makes them unaware of what's really going on, it makes them unaware of all the flaws and wrongs of the other person(s)
