If I go without a bra...will it efect my breast in the years to come in life?

i've been told my whole life to wear a bra to prevent sagging, but i've read that it is hogwash and wearing a bra will not prevent sagging. so i don't know.

Only if your breast are very large. Generally small breasts don't need the support of a bra. Mostly sagging is caused by time as when you get older, there is less elasticity in your skin and if you lose body fat the skin does not return to their previous shape. Bra wearing has little to nothing to do with this process.

I don't wear bras, I only wore them when I had gym in school. I've been out of school for 6 years now. Mine haven't changed even after having my daughter they went right back to what they were.

Yes it will. Gravity will ensure that the breasts stretch downward and look like eggs hanging from a nail. Sorry, but this is true.

nothing at all...

i wore a bra since 5th grade and they are saggy becuase thye are big.

bras do nothing medically but help control where the weight is held

if you dont wear a bra your can sag and make them saggy and lower
