The only unsusal piercing I've gotten done is my cartalige, so I can't tell you any information about a nose or belly ring - sorry. And with your parental situation, I too had been fighting my parents to get my belly button pierced, but there are a few things to consider. First, you need a parent to go with you to get either piercing. And, I know you've probablly heard this a million times, but PLEASE don't pierce it at home. I've heard so many stories of an attempted piercing gone wrong. Not to mention it gets easily infected. Secondly, you'll probablly have a hard time hiding it from your parents. If you wear baggy, long shirts you could probablly get away with the belly ring, but a nose ring would be almost impossible. Both need a month or two to close up and removing the ring around your parents while your body is healing to it could greatly slow the time it takes for the body to stop trying to reject it. Also, it can screw up the hole, become extremely prone to infections, and it will ooze discusting puss and blood. Even if you disregard that, there will still be a big hole in your nose, and at first, they often look red or get puffy, making them even more noticable to your parents.
I'm sorry and I don't mean to sound like your mom or anything by what I'm telling you. I've been in your position, and I know how irritating it can be. Just try reasoning with your parents, and if they still won't let you, its only a few more years untill you're 18 and then you can get anything you want pierced without thinking twice about their opinion :P
But if you choose to not listen to this then I'd say a belly ring is the easiet to hide, but it's SO easy for something to go wrong while/after piercing. A third ear piercing would have the least potential to go bad and would be easy enough to hide if you have long hair and are willing to wear it down for several months. Also, try to find a friend or someone else who has even the tinest bit of knowledge or experience with piercings to do it for you.
good luck ♥

Ok first of all, taking it out when your parents are around isn't really an option. Piercings take lots of time to heal. Body piercings months and ear piercings from 6 weeks to a few months. Taking them out will cause scars. Piercing yourself is very stupid, you could get a deadly blood infection.

yeah you won't be able to just take a new piercing out and put it back it repeatedly. but if you want the option of hiding it i would go with your ear, because you can always hide it with your hair and they'll never know

the only thing about taking it out, is you really shouldn't. any piercing needs to heal, with the jewlery in tact. i'd really hate to see you do it yourself, its kinda not safe. when i was 13/14 i tried piercing my cartiledge and it got really screwed up. i have 9 body piercings and all have healed because of proper care, be careful, please.
