If you're talking about water evaporation, the humidity has an effect - the dryer the air, the more readily it will absorb water.
And, the temperature of the air and water - warmer air will absorb water more readily than cooler air. Also, warmer water will evaporate faster than cooler water. And, the air pressure - the higher the air pressure, the lower absorbtion. I also think that the surface area of the water will have an effect on the total evaporation amount, but not the rate of evaporation.

the following properties effect the rate of evaporation:
1)pressure above the liquid
2)temperature of liquid
3)specific heat of liquid
4)viscosity of liquid

Humidity and temperature. As the humidity goes down and the temperature goes up the rate of evaporation increases.
