Gaim offers all of these chat protocols. Take it for a spin! It's easy to setup and easy to use.
A nicer looking option is Trillian, but the free version doesn't have Google Talk.

Trillian and Miranda support MSN, AIM, and Yahoo, but I don't think the free versions support Google Talk.

I do not think so I think you have to get them each seperate! I am not positive though!
