just put some on a cotton ball or kleenex n close your eye n rub it until the eyeliner is gone.

It doesn't, or at least it shouldn't...Vaseline is oil and when you use it to remove makeup, you will find that next day when you apply your makeup it will have lass wearablity-it will melt off easier...I use Pond's eye makeup remover that is blue and looks like two different liquids... mix them, apply to a cotton ball and sweep over the eye makeup...it will gently remove everything, even waterproof and you makeup will wear better the next day

i just dip a q-tip in vaseline then put it where the eyeliner is then wipe off with tp or washcloth.

get a tissue and rub it and rub it or u can do it with a q-tip but i wear eyeliner and i use lotion 2 take of my eyeliner but keep your eyes close when u do

it would be best to use an eyemake up remover. it takes off all sorts of things around your eyes. anything from dirt to makeup. its a good habbit to get into..later if you do use mascara and eyeshadow you can get those off as well.

use a cotton bud.....be gentle to your eyes while removing it with the help of water or vaseline....i do the same.....

put some on your closed eye, rub it around a little bit, then wipe it off.
