The most obvious sign would be his lack of interest in woman, or if he tends to hang out more with guys than girls.

They are always talking about their friend ,if they are seeing someone.
They are the best friends to girls
Tend to be way into their looks
Like to wear jewelery
Their hair is a big issue with them
They are always obssesed with their weight
Thats about I know but they are the best friend a girl could have I know I have gay friends & they are awesome!
