No. I had my ears pierced twice because I took it off too soon. You don't have to wait six weeks. Only 4 weeks for pierced ears.
8 weeks for cartilage piercing.

You're not supposed to change your earring for 6-12 weeks depending on if it is in lower or upper cartilage. Your piercer should have told you that!
I can tell you, from experience, that I have changed my earrings myself with no serious consequences. I had my upper ear pierced, and the person had pierced it with a stud, and I wanted a hoop so that it would not develop a bubble. I took the stud out and inserted a hoop with no problem. I have had this piercing for 15 years.
Then, I had my nose pierced, and I hated the piercing it was pierced with (it was much too large for my taste, and I was scared I'd be more likely to get it caught on things)... I removed the piercing the day after my nose was pierced and put in a smaller one. I always had problems with that piercing, it never healed, and it was always raw. I ended up having to take it out permanently. I had this piercing for a year and a half.
I guess the rule here is that everyone is different, and every part of your body is different. There is no telling how your ears will react to your changing the earring so soon after being pierced. If you absolutely have to change it, go to a reputable piercing/tattoo place. They usually will change your piercings for you for a small fee. My piercing parlor charges $5 to change jewelry.
Good luck with that.

Did you not listen to the instructions when you got the piercings? Minimum 4 - 6 weeks with the original earrings, then you can change to others. I would advise that you buy some good quality earrings once you can change them. Give your ears the time they need to heal.

Well, you can...technically speaking!! But, it is best, and I definitely advise you to leave it in. Switching it now could easily cause an infection! When they pierce your ear, they use sanitary instruments, and touching, or switching the ear ring now will increase the chances of infection!!! Wait a few weeks and keep it clean! Good luck!

I wouldn't. You need to keep the piercing earring in because it will help your piercing heal correctly and it will be less likely to cause infection. Just make sure you clean it regularly and don't change earrings until it's been 4-6 weeks.

It's so soon, that you may not get your new earring in. They will swell at the least bit of irritation, plus you will be pushing bacteria into a fresh wound. After the swelling goes down, the hole will have healed shut.
I know you're excited to have pierced ears, but there is a reason that they tell you to wait.

Changing your earring right now is a risky situation. If you take it out you risk it getting infected for one, and also you risk not being able to properly get the other earring in to the hole since the hole is not fully healed and able to withstand the earring used to pierce to come out. I would wait at least 4 weeks.

NO
if you take out the earring that would be a disaster
you have to wait 6 weeks before you take the earring out
clean your ears every day so they don't get infected

NOOOOOO! if you change the ear ring before it is time you might get an infection in your ear and then you will end up having to remove the ear ring period until the ear completely heals itself and by then the ear will have closed up so you will have to get it pierced again! trust me i did that once not a good thing to do !

u shouldnt do that
the earring that the piercer uses is special because its specially made to stay in ur ear for 6 weeks (regular earrings arent)
the main difference is that if u sleep with a regular earring on then it'll probably fall out but the special one will stay on.
anyways if its just been a day then ur ear wont have had time to close up and it'll probably get infected because the earring u wanna put in isnt sterile
