I am 15 years old, 5'6" and weigh about 158 pounds. Is this healthy or slightly overweight? I have a strong body but I want to be skinnier and lose about 20 pounds. I`m concerned about my butt and thighs-they are so chubby! How do you lose weight in these areas? And do you have a good idea for a day-to-day plan that I can follow??

For your height, that seems about average. But if you want to lose a little weight, crunches &sit ups are good upper body workouts, and try some leg lifts (w/ or w/o leg weights) -- lay down on the floor with your legs straight and your arms by your sides, then lift your legs about 6 inches off the floor and hold it there for about 10 seconds. This is a good way to tighten up your thighs and your butt.

well, i am 5'7'' and am 108. so to me u are over weight. but, don't worry about it. Just eat healthy like veggies, and excersize, like jogging. leg lifts are good for your so-called problem area. also lay on the floor with a clear space, and put your hands around your head. lift your legs all the way up, then an inch above the ground. then hold them 10' above the grond and to a quick criss-cross type thing. or just hold them there.

If you are uncomfortable with how much you weigh
I would try exercising 30 minutes a day and you can lose
weight and gain muscle.

Measure to be had that bowl of cereal or possibly oatmeal, adding the fruit, loco, maple syrup, milk, and yogurt you support to expand it. Have a collection of measuring cups and spoons with no trouble to be had as an alternative of eyeballing.

you seem healthy, if your tall and athletic then you should weigh about that. maybe you should go to a doctor and see what they say. but if you think your butt and thighs are heavy then maybe try this really grat extersize machine called the norditrack. its awesome. it made me have a great butt(: but if you cant afford that then just try simple sit ups and push ups. and always eat 3 healthy meals. never starve yourself.

first this may sound weird but no chocolate walk 1 hour every day then eat a salad every other night get 9 hrs of sleep

you can't choose where you want to lose weight from. when you exercise and eat right your body will get rid of fat from where it wants to. it depends on your genetics and where you're more prone to gain weight.
