You need a T-shirt that is very fitted. And cut it right below the bulge of your breasts.

I'm not perfectly sure, but flip it inside out, cut off sleeves nice and even, then where there is just a straight line where the sleeves were, cut a bent line that looks like this ) and ( then where neck hole is, cut in shape you want and fold it back a little, bout a centimeter.
