my friend just send me one but what do i do with it??
do i put it in my profile or what??

I'm not really sure on what your asking so I'll cover all grounds :p

yeah if you want to go ahead, and if you don't want to then don't... do you know how? just go to edit profile and put in the about me section and save changes...

If you put it in your about me section of your edit profile it will cover the so-n-so is in your extended network banner at the top of your page.
