My body clock is not conforming. I feel wide awake when I should be in bed.
Nearly missed a meeting with friends this morning.
And because I forgot to change the clock in the living-room, I keep getting fooled by the time.....there done it! No now more excuses. : )

I'm always happy to "spring forward." I love the extra daylight time. Losing an hour really isn't much.

Stayed up late and forgot to set alarm. Had friend wake me up when she knocked to pick me up for set up at church. She got annoyed, I felt bad and let her get on without me. Missed church and friends came over to find out why after. Ended up clearing garden so day wasn't a total waste. Almost ready for summer.......

yer it has because you have less time in sleep or less time awake but it is the same because in the year the clock goes back as well OK
