Across the street from my house, there's a guy who has very short black hair a wears glasses all the time and I saw him reading Eragon and he's tall. could he be Christopher Paolini?

you would think that if it was him he would have no need to read his own book, he wrote it, he knows what in it and what its all about. all he would have to do to ejoy it again would be to look inside his own head.
i would say that it is probably not him
