No. In general, savoury food will not significantly raise your blood sugar level, and will not tell your body therefore, that you are full for some time. However, if you eat something sweet, it will quickly affect your blood sugar, and signal to the brain that you've had enough to eat when you may have eaten very little, and about an hour later, when the blood sugar normalises, you will feel hungry again.
