Ok, we can talk you through this.
First you have to find the strength deep down inside you to do this.
Can you do that?
Good.
Here we go.
Go to the start menu.
Click on it.
Next you want to click on Turn Off Computer
Now you have three options, choose the middle one,
you see it....it says Turn Off....
No man, get back there, don't you dare hit that cancel button, DON'T DO IT MAN....... you can handle it, I swear, I will stand by you until you can do it.
Alright, you got yourself back together?
Good.
Glad to see you didn't click cancel.
Now all you have to do is clic......

You know what time you need to be in bed, so get an alarm clock, set it for a half hour before bed time, and when it rings, turn off your computer. Brush your teeth and do all the rest of it, then go to bed!! May take a few tries, but it will work, did for me. Best wishes. You are the boss, not a machine.

Think how bad you will feel in the morning then just turn off and go. Tell yourself that if you get up really early you can go on again and answer questions from the morning people. You wont actually do this but if it gets you to bed.....

I have exactly the same problem. Its 00.17 and I can't pull myself away. Best thing is to pull yourself away for a while, go for a walk around the block (although probably not this late) and then you'll feel more inclined to sleep.
Otherwise, tuck into bed with a good book, and try and relax!

I have the same problem. I guess we need to make up our minds to just go to bed. Get up earlier than normal and dont take any naps during the day. That way youll be dead tired and will want sleep

LOL turn it off, that is the best I can do. I have had to do that to myself a couple of nights this past week, been trying and trying to get to level 3 and I finally did it today, woohoo!

i would log out turn off the computer and just go to bed otherwise u will be knackered in the morning if you go to bed now u will wake up earlier and then you can go back on your computer OK x

Don't go to bed if you're not yet dizzy. Eventually, when the time comes, your eyes will become tired and then you sleep.
