Since a bank is like any other public working place, it requires good public relationship, hardworking ,great responsibility, tolerance, determination etc. The majority of customers come in to withdraw and deposit money and need great care otherwise you will come across many angry customers. please always try to do your job in the best way possible and there will be peace

Some angry customers are quite Posh actually.
But the worst thing is being surrounded by loads of money all the time and at the end of the month only getting a few measily quid!

You'll find the inside of the bank a very serene environment overall... it's the drive-up window, with people in a hurry, that can sometimes be irritating. But most folks just want to deposit checks and get some cash... and if you work quickly and accurately for them, you should have a pretty good day.

I used to work for a rival... I was a cashier and it was BORING. Counting money is mind-numbingly boring when it isn't yours. Most customers, strangely, come in for cash. Good luck in the new job by the way!
