many ppl would say john lennon for his generosity and kindness with his words of peace and love for the world. but realy all the things he stood for and preached were missing in his own life. he spoke of love but yet hadnt seen or spoken to his oldest son jullian in several years. i love john but in many ways he was a hypocrit.
id say paul mccartney but he costed the beatles name millions of dollars when he allowed michael jackson to by the rights to the beatles catalogue.
id say ringo starr.... but as nice of a guy as he is and funny at that. the guy cant sing. its funny to hear him sing.
so im gonna say george harrison because the guy was so at peace with himself and loving and kind. he was the mo0st underated beatle of them all but of all the beatles he had the most number one hits. may he rest in peace.

Well, if I had to choose, probably Paul McCartney, only because he is really the only one I know of. The Beatles were pretty much before my time. I like some of their music, but i'm not a big fan. (Just being honest) =)

my favorite is george harrison. in part of his biography was mentioned that he was the one that wrote alot of the songs the beatles did. bettyk
