I really want to learn to move things with my mind because I already have ESP and a sense of precognition and wanted to add on... THANKS for any replies...

Besides my precognition and ESP I think I should do Telekinesis too and not the kind that MAGICIANS do I mean just by using my mind...

Yes, what you have to do is concentrate really hard, Drink plenty of OJ and eat red peppers. Many people do not realize that everyone has a ability for telekinesis. It's all about what you eat and your concentration. I moved little things, but have trouble with bigger things. One thing is certain, do not let people know you can do that because people would be scared of you, and you something very stupid like kill someone. Just do it in your leisure.

The Russians have done a lot of research in that Field more then any other country, i know a lady Helen Hadsell.who gives psychic type courses, who attends psychic congress's in Russia , they have had people that can move objects with there mind, i don't know a site to find there research though, l also am extremely psychic to the point that its very bothersome sometimes., i took a Silva mind control course and i learned much in that course, you might enjoy taking that course of there's,i believe that moving objects is something you have to be born with and then developed , i do wish you the best .i have seen videos of people moving things with just there mind, its real i believe this talent.
