Ok my parents wont let me get a lip ring.... And im 12! but they wont even let me get fake!!! Sooo i think i might perice the lip itself...but not the skin!! GET IT? well anyway Is there anything i should do to it i need directions Should i watch out for the veiny things in my lip?

i know what you mean.. im 14 and i am really considering one, if not lip some kind of piercing. im thinking its better to wait it out cos what if it gets infected or something? if you need a change maybe ask them if you can get highlights or die your hair or something.. im planning on doing that soon. white highlights i think, well good luck

12 is way too young, and if you do it your parents are just going to make you take it out. Plus is leaves a not so nice scar. I've had my lip done and yes it does leave a scar. There are veins in your lip and if you hit the wrong one it can cause porallysis in your mouth. If your parents wont let you have a fake on, trust me the real one wont last long either.

well, 12 is pretty young, but i'm all about peircing and what not. the thing is, your parents probably won't be happy, and may tell you to take it out. if they're like mine, they may even bring you to a counseler. seriously they might concider it "self-destruction". i don't know if you want a lip ring because its the trend or whatever, but just think about the consiquences before you decide. also, i'm not sure how good your immune system is, but if its like mine, it most likely won't get infected if you take care of it. it also depends where on your lip you do it..

You are a grade-A numero uno loser. Don't do it at all. 12 is much to early and you shouldn't do it yourself. You could get an infections and might need a tetanus shot, and trust me, those HURT. Also, your parents are going to be pissed. Either get it done proffesionally or not at all.

girl im your age to and if i were you i would rather peirce your nose it would look WAY kooler. or get your belly button. doing that by yourself will cause some problems. it will get infected onlly a grown up can do that that knows what to do. My advise dont perice your lip.

piercing it yourself is not a good idea. you might hit a vein or a nerve, get an infection, keloids, or a number of other things. just wait until you're older.

Please don't try to pierce anything on your face yourself. You could really hurt yourself. And if you don't do the piercing right, you could wind up with an ugly scar on you lip. Do you really want that???
