i like always pads, but if i have somewhere to go (dinner, clubbing) i use o.b. tampons - they absorb the best.

It's all up to you....pads are more comfortable for some people because you don't have to insert them inside your body as with a tampon. All the brands are pretty much the same except I never use store brand tampons because I am not as confident about their quality. Remember with tampons to change them often (leave one in for no more than 6-8 hours) and use the lowest absorbancy possible- meaning if you have a light flow use a light or regular, not a super.

Okay.
My mother always told me, for the first year you have your period, use pads. Or "sanitary napkins" as the restrooms call them. I suggest Playtex. If it's your first period, get wings. It's easier to control the movement of a pad if it has wings or "flexi-wings". if it's for more over-night flow than day flow, I suggest longs or super absorbent.
If you've had it for a year or so, or it is manditory that you go swimming or use public water... like a beach... you would use a tampon. Playtex Sports is my main suggestion. They have a better grip than other tampons so you can actually get a hold to push the tampon into your vaginal canal. Some tampons have hardly a grip and you will waste half a box trying to put them in.
Ten Tampon Tips:
1. Never use cardboard.
2. Just because they are scented, doesn't mean pay more for them. [No one is sniffing down there anyway.]
3. Get a "contoured" shape. They insert easier.
4. Never use a tampon for over 8 hours. [Risk of Toxic Shock Syndrom.]
5. If a tampon hurts or in uncomfortable after putting it in, take it out and put in another. Chances are you didn't put it in right.
6. Keep the head of a tampon applicator clean to avoid diseases and infections of the vaginal wall.
7. Change your tampon immediately after exiting water. [Pool, Beach, River, Bath.]
8. When removing a tampon, get into the same position that you put it in with.
9. If a tampon is stuck with in you, do not try to use a tool to get it out. You will end of putting a tear in your vaginal wall or in your labia. Go see a doctor immediately.
10. Don't bother listening to "Expands to fit you". All tampons expand in your body because of the natural wetness.
Good luck!

tampax pearl tampons. I alternate with pads now though because i dont think it's good to consistently keep tampons in yourself all the time while your body is menstruating. I used to do that but stopped a few months ago.

I swear by a product called "Instead." It's a cup that's similar in shape to a diaphram (but is not for birth control). You can leave it in for up to 12 hours, so I never have to worry about changing pads or tampons throughout the day. I love it.

Yep. issues were extraordinarily quickly ahead back interior the former testomony. The question is, why do they disobey God besides? To God (Who takes position to be the author) that's an abomination to go antagonistic to that which became no longer meant to be. causes being that it receives worse for society and the accountable ones doing the act. issues won't be able to be ordinary and a favorable destiny result does no longer exist. Now the all loving God shows that it really is extreme stuff by technique of declaring the shortcoming of life sentence. God who's conscious the acceptable from the starting up, sees the devastation and ailment. The manipulation of chance free human beings and elimination of reality itself with the intention to mandate the lies that are positioned into result that make those form of acts organic. What that's is organic revolt antagonistic to God. it isn't the all loving God who's being unfair. that is the unloving rebellious those who're now inflicting each thing that God knew could take position at the same time as shaking their fists at God and blaming Him and calling Him unloving because He would not nor has He ever universal that habit. Now this ingredient has gotten so a concepts out of hand that the militant leaders of the gay community are suggesting and doing issues that do not even come on the fringe of being what the actual and truthful gay community is all about. The gay community has no free concept and ought to adhere to what ever the militant leaders say. they at the on the spot aren't from now on ordinary human beings in accordance to what God meant for us all. it really is likewise what God talked about interior the previous which could take position interior the destiny. you really could attack God and the bible. you have to be watching out on your individual id and existence as a man or woman. because you're struggling with the incorrect enemy at present. Your actual enemy is the militant leaders who be sure for you what and who you're. We already understand who we are. You men never will.

well it depends on your age. if your younger and just starting your period, i'd try platex slim fits, its easier to get use to than regualr sized tampons. if your older, over 12n or so, try platex sport ( they are the most comfortable).
also, if its your first time useing a tampon, i dont suggest OB ( cause they dont have applicators, you have to insert them with your finger.
as far as pads, stayfree ultra thins are the best.
