I see terroritsts as spoilt little children who feel they have to have a tantrum (blow things up) to get attention. My suggestion (for the last 20 years) has been to ignore them. The reason they keep doing what they do is because it ALWAYS attracts attention (media and otherwise). I say ignore them, don't report the atrocities and maybe they will have to stop and find another way of expressing their policitcal disappointment.

tell them to quit invading nations, making up claims about phony wmd, tell them to stop crippling countries with sanctions. we need to tell them to quit using depleted uranium, phosphorus, cluster bomblets, napalm, and other wmd. tell them to quit imposing democracy at the barrel of a gun, it don't work that way. tell them to quit violating Geneva Conventions by using collective punishment as a weapon. This is what I would tell the terrorist nation that acts like it respects democracy but has a long long history of overthrowing democracies.
