Go to a pharmacy, emergency room or Planned Parenthood. The morning after pill works for up to 72-120 hours after unprotected sex. If you are over 18, you do not need a prescription. If you are under 18, you need a doctor's prescription.

While you can get it without a prescription, you have to ask the pharmacist for it. They don't keep it out on the shelves.

If you already are on the pill, but maybe hadn't started the pack yet, this site includes the quantities needed from ones you might already have.

Plan B is available over the counter to women over 18 years old. She just has to go to the pharmacy counter and ask for it and take it within 72 hours of unprotected sex. If she is under 18 years old she needs a doctor's prescription to get it.

Edit:
People who are saying that it is not available over the counter are not current on the newest laws. It became OTC last fall, you just have to ask the pharmacist and prove that you are over 18 years old.
