both, i'm more mature and wise now a days. i've also grown taller and have more fashion sense. but i think it's what the inside counts. i see the world more than the obvious role. i express myself with words and creativity. throughout life, many are going to try to change who you are. but don't let labels overcome who you truly are.

My appearance hasn't changed a lot....I've had my weight go up and down, and I did grow the hair out into a ponytail as I got older....but I am still a chubby, plain-looking sort of geek. The only real thing that worries me, appearance wise, is my skin.....too many breakouts, and the dark circle under my eyes aren't so good.
My personality has changed a *lot* more. I just don't have the patience or the motivation to deal with things like I once did. And....the biggest thing is I can't be creative any more. When I am creative, my passions are out there too, my heart is on my sleeve...and I lose friends as people get their feelings hurt or get offended by my mopiness or intensity. So I have to bury things....and the creativity gets *buried alive* along with the passions. Much to my own dismay and to the dismay of the few friends I have left.
So yeah, I'd say my personality has changed the most, and for the worse....I've just become too quiet, faded-out and uptight lately. I can't seem to tap into any real motivation, desire or passion lately and create like I once did....nope, too scared other people will label me "toxic" or "a poison" or "just breaks everything he touches" and go on the attack again. It's not worth the hassle, ok? Never mind that half of these people who attack me are more unstable than *I AM*, oh no, I'm the one who is always wrong, it's *my feelings* that are always wrong...
but yeah, there it is. -_- Sorry to go on so, thanks for your time and patience.

Definitely personality. I have my own opinions on many things, which does make life a tad harder when you run into people who highly disagree with you.
I also am a bit more talkative, and full of random...ness. I used to like pop and rap music, but I now listen to just musicals. Broadway and foreign. The reason that can be a problem is because when I find a new foreign musical, I can't find much info about it over the internet because not a lot of people know about it.
I also tend to get off subject too.. Anyways, I think I've mostly changed in personality

Well. There is always room for improvement on anything. But i believe i would change my personality. Because appearance catches the eye and personality captures the heart. I would most likely create room to be a little more lay back and outgoing. Sometimes its good to just enjoy life as it comes to you =]
i hope i helped you

I had gastric bypass in 2002, and I have changed in both appearance and in personality, but mainly in my appearance I think. I went to my high school reunion a few years ago, and no one recognized me, so I was pretty much by myself the whole night. I vowed never to go to another reunion.
PS-I lost 120 pounds with the weight loss

for me, personality. Attending college really changed my views of the world and exposed me to so many people. I think the learning environment also changed me a lot.
As for appearance, I still have the same hairstyle and many of the same clothes I wore in hs.

I don't think people should ever have to change there personality, you are who u are, so no to that. Appearance from time to time, hair styles, colors and make up. Nothing major here:)

well I think i have changed in both senses. Ive grown older and I now look like a 46 yr old woman rather than a 25 yr old (darn it!) but my personality has changed somewhat too, Ive matured, my out look on life has evolved, I consider different things both important and frivolous now. All you can do is take it in stride and consider yourself lucky that you can grow and adapt with the times.
