I have no idea. Mine are too small- I can't reach to them. Plus, I've never really had a desire to do that at all- I'd rather have someone else kissing them, or just forget it.
And just so you know- kissing one's own breasts isn't a gay act.
But anyhow, I can't imagine how it would hurt, unless you're seriously stretching them in order to get the breast up to the mouth.
