how do i setup my tv tuner card?

my computer tells me i need to configure it but i dont know how to do that i have an hp with vista and tv ready

Just open Media Center .... choose "Settings" .... go to "General" & then "Media Center Setup".

It will give you easy step by step prompts on what to do .... very simple.
