I don't like the word troll but I think what you are referring to is a kind person with good intention. A person that has the ability to care for somebody he or she has never seen. Sometimes this person has felt a deep trauma or pain in their own lives which gives them additional insight. I can relate to this type of person, a person that gives love in a world where he or she has none. I think the person who is like myself hopes that through good intention he will be forgiven and will be allowed to be loved in a grand way and if not it was a pleasant thought.
