I'm doing a project on Will Smith and do not have time to go to the library for a biography book. I was hoping someone could give me a good sentence on what exactly Will Smith is famous for.

Will Smith is is most notable for his role in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air show in the 90s and Men In Black(1997). Also had many hit singles in the 90s as well like Gettin' Jiggy Wit It and Just the Two of Us. He then had gained lead roles in several successful films including Enemy of the State, Men in Black II, Bad Boys II, Wild Wild West, Hitch, Ali, and I Robot. His most recent film is 2006's The Pursuit of Happyness.

He's a terrible husband, his "open" marriage wasn't working... he's an actor now, but started out as a pretty second rate rapper. His tv show saved his rap career, I guess "Summertime" was OK. And he's especially famous because he did all his homework himself.
He used to wet his pants when he was younger, but I guess he wasn't well known beyond his school for that.

his first rap records that came out with dj jazzy jeff and the fresh prince. then he was the star of the show ' the fresh prince of bel air ' and now he is in all these really famous movies ( ie men in black, the pursuit of happyness)

he was born and raised in west philadelphia, where he spent most of his days on the playground. He got in a fight and his mother was concerned, so he moved to california to live with his aunt and uncle. He became very popular and was able to assist his cousin carlton with some of his problems.
