Just to let you know.. I understand I need to talk to co-workers and owners. I would like to know an orderly way of doing it.. Such as doing a survey. I work for a rather large company. Also when speaking with owners about have discounts... regarding team play or league play. Thanks...

It's all about the networking!!! First, contact the bowling centers to see what their current league schedules are, and to see if they can fit your potential teams into an existing league or add it into their schedule. Once that's complete, start networking within your company as well as other companies within your same line of business or industry.

When you sign people up, you can either take full responsibility of building rosters or have the bowling center do it for you. Post signs up in your breakrooms and advertise on your intranet to garner interest. When all of that is complete and sign ups are done, you would have your first league meeting at the bowling center where you learn the rules and vote on how you want the league to be run, especially voting in the league officers and how much you would pay each week in addition to a party at the end of the league.

Once that's done, your league will start, and let the best team win!
