I would say PS3 because you can use the motion since in vehicles and it's in 1080p not 1080i. But I was wondering if there are any reasons the 360 has an edge.

The Xbox 360 wins on this one. It lags less, and the graphics are more detailed. This is gamespot.com take: "Call of Duty 3's visuals are great, though a problematic frame rate leaves the game looking decidedly less impressive than it does on the Xbox 360. The game, of course, looks best in high definition (the maximum resolution is 720p), but it still looks nice when viewed on a standard television display. The draw distance is excellent, and you'll never notice any buildings or textures suddenly popping into view."

It is much more popular on the Xbox 360 and was originally released for the Xbox 360. You will also find a bigger community online if you get it for Xbox 360. In the end, it all depends on what controller you like better... if you're used to the Playstation controller, it might take you time to get used to the Xbox controller. The graphics and everything else is about the same on both... only the controls and the live play is different. I personally like the Playstation controller and own it for PS3. If you want to play it live, I'd probably recommend Xbox 360. I'm just a PS3 fan since I owned PS1 and PS2.

Both games are the same in almost every way.....i've never noticed any lag on the ps3 version but i've also never noticed any lag on the xbox verison....i love my ps3 but i hate the motion sensor controller it sucks on the Wii and it sucks on ps3 i hate moving my controller

They are about the same, but the ps3 graphics are a little better and clearer. Personally ilike the ps3 version it makes you feel in the game

i must say that they are about the same for both, but the one for the 360 doesn't lag as much and you will find more people online but u got to pay for it
