How long does it take for a video you upload to show up on YOUTUBE?

I just uploaded a video and it seemed to go ok. But I dont see the video in my uploaded videos section. Did I do something wrong, or does it just take a while to post?

All content on Youtube is monitored and rated by a team of customer service daily. Most content is watched and posted within 24 hours assuming the content is not in breech of the terms of service posted by youtube.

YouTube videos are not monitored by a team. . It takes about 8 hours for their automated system to tag and index your video. If the site is busy, it can take as long as 24 hours. Just view it using the link they provided you when you uploaded it instead, until it shows up.

they have to review it first, and since its a weekend Monday would be the answer.
