Hi,

I hold an Indian Passport and US greencard (issued after 1998)and will betravelling to LHR on BMI on 29th March. I need to take a connecting flighton Air India to Mumbai (AI 130 at 21.30pm) I do have an exemption for DATV
visa beacuse I hold a valid US greencard.

I would like to know if I will be able to clear my baggage as transit passenger in London and again check in with Air india for my onward flight. (So i will need to clear immigration in London!)

I came to know that i cannot check my baggage directly to Mumbai inBrussels as I hold 2 seperate tickets.

Thanks !

i think you can transit in London since you hold the US green card. I so think the US holds free visa permit to London vis-vasa. For more details you can contact the British High Commission nearest to you or better still go to there web site.www.britishvisa.com

Oh Please, the UK will detect your fake green card that you bought in Disneyland. Better return home to Houston Texas.
