Literally, I got dropped off to spend the night with this family when I was about 15 and my a friend who could not spend the night had to leave and took my stuff with her leaving me with no shoes. I had to wear shoes that the 60 yr old lady had two sizes two SMALL to an ice cold hockey rink the next day. I still laugh at that one!

nicely, as somebody who isn't too knowledgeable in this field, i'm going to objective my ultimate: not sure my distance, yet at some point i replaced into SO indignant, I walked for 4 hours! nicely i'm hoping this solutions your question.

when i was 9 i would walk in my mother's heals. now i'm an 8 and she's still a wee size 6!!
