this trojan is pretty new, so i'm not sure if some antispywares delete it. if you use an antispyware, try to download updates and run a scan. if nothing appears on a scan or your antispyware can't erase it, you can remove it manually. here's spylocked removal instructions: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-spylocked.html
it's very simple, you need to delete all the files related to spy locked trojan; the filenames are given and there are also instruction how to remove specific files in registry.

SpyLocked has become as bad as its other variant SpyDawn. I suggest that you uninstall the SpyLocked program through your "Add/Remove" program. If you know how to manually remove programs through your registry look for this file SpyLocked.exe.
