How long does it take a human to replace every single cell in their body?

we can never replace all of our cells because brain cells and neurons can not be replaced cause once they are destroyed they are gone for good which is why you shouldn't drink everynight just to get smashed

Neurons are not replaceable as a rule. Some do for whatever known reason. This is why people regain feeling in certain areas of their body after severe nerve damage. Science really can't explain these happening. Some people even walk again or regain use of a hand and etc. Brain cells don't regenerate as some nerve cells and therefore if fact the human body never replaces all it's lost cells.

We never replace every single body cell because we never replace neurons (nerve cells). Some other cells don't last long - red blood cells, cells lining intestine, ...

I have read research that states brain cells regenerate depending on person and life style grant changes in behaviors and diet are required I don't know where the research was founded but I believe miracles belong in nature

well some cells are permanent and never get replaced like neurons, so I guess never.
