They all talk like they move a mouthfull of foot. I am not racist, I just don't know why they can't speak like other Americans.

My question to you is, have you met every African American no every American. I would also like to know what race are you because I probably could tell you a few ignorant things about your race. Get a life and you are a racist. Also, go ask a ***** that and see how far that conversation will take you.

It is so true. I think they do it just to irritate people. Probably for the same reason they'll walk in front of your car in traffic, with their baggy pants falling down, and call you "cracka", or the way they'll pull up beside you at a traffic light with that Godawful jungle music thumping away.
Anyway, here's how I deal with it. Anytime I get a Shaniqua or Laqueesha on the phone for any sort of customer service and they start blabbering their Ebonics, I simply demand to speak with a supervisor and blast him for not having his people speak proper English. If I don't like his response, I'll simply discontinue doing business with them. Anytime I get subjected to Ebonics in the business world, I'll try to get them fired. Period

Why do you really care if someone speaks differently than you. I don't know how old you are, but there are a lot of different people and accents of the world. You should just get over yourself and get used to it. Then you can ask meaningful questions about life (if your brain can actually muster the courage and the power). Good luck.

"Normal" Americans, as in European descent? Not all Americans are of European descent. Besides, American English sux *** as a whole, dontcha think?
There are plenty of African Americans who speak English very well, and plenty who do not. Just like there are plenty of "normal" Americans who use double negatives, who say "I'm doing good" when they should be saying "I'm doing well" and so on.
Before you worry about someone else's speech, work on your own. Hey, what about the Southern drawl, y'all? Daggone, where in tarnation that come from? Oh, and the California slurry speech. Knarly duuuude! Ah yes, and the New Yoakah dialect. Whadabout dat, eh?

Have you ever heard Hispanic people talk? They have a hint of difference in their voices`z ; Have you ever heard White people speak? They talk like they have a Foot up there *** ; all stuck and what not . . You`ve heard Black-Americans`z speak ; they speak a little different ; so does EVERY culture .

Probably because of in-breeding. I believe most blacks haven't a clue who their daddy is. Lots of ghetto studs are likely doing their sisters, dads doing their daughters. Sons breeding their moms. This is the most likely reason Africans are running around naked shooting spears at wild game as the rest of the world is living in the 21th century. Bill Cosby was right.

You should be more open and aware of everyones differences and not judge everyone on a small percentage you may have encountered.Many people not just black talk differently due to the dialect of their region and their own creative words that they use in ways to distinguish the insiders from outsiders.this way they can communicate amoungst others and not be understood if they choose to.Im sure it comes in handy when they want to alert someone to the presence of a possible threat like you for instance,you wouldnt be wanted in someones circle due to your ignorance and desire to spread bad immages of people you dont understand.
