newb and noob both mean newbie, someone who is new to club penguin.

This term [newb] is short for the common Internet jargon of Newbie. A Newbie as you might be able to work out is simply a word to describe a new person, who is inexperienced.

its noob but some people say newb a noob is a new player i dont know what club penguin is but in alot of games a noob is under lvl 40
