Yes I do. It's another way of saying I love you with out using the words. affection is good to show anytime of the day no matter if they are leaving or staying.

Yeah, and we say good-bye, not see you or later' but good bbye.
Because Good Bye sounds like its the last time you could ever see them and you never know, it could be.
and for me and my bf we don't need a reason like one of us leaving to kiss ;).

Yea and give him a big hug and tell him that i love him,before he goes to work, i think he may not come home again i worry that he could die at work or coming home be in a car accident. I want him to know i love him and need him every day.

yeah it's like sealing a "good" bye. Since you have to part from them, kissing them is the only good part of goodbye. That's the way I see it at least.
