As season 2 is coming to an end would there be a season 3

Yes there is.
Series creator Paul Scheuring has commented that Season 3 will consist of most of the original cast with new additions and that the overall theme will be "redemption". A new plot will be created, since "most of the conspiracy storyline (about 90%) will be wrapped up by the end of season 2." Some of the main characters will regroup again after being separated for most of the second season and "end up back behind bars, possibly in Panama".

I believe that the end of season 2 is the finale of the show. I hope that I'm wrong but from what I understand it is over after the next 2 episodes :(

There have been two seasons so far, season one parts one and two and season two parts one and two, there is no season three but they are supposed to be making one in the future.
