Why are soft money contributions considered a threat to the election process?

By who? For every person that considers 'soft money' a treat, there is one that considers it the only way to express their view. The same can be said of 'hard money' and PACs. Any method of promoting any political view if considered a threat by opponents of that view.

The problem is not soft,hard or pacs, it who doing the contributions.
I think that only people should be allowed to give and in small amounts, get rid of the soft, hard and pacs and every other execpt for just people.
