I am "aware" of them but reserve my "belief system" for the concrete issues !! I do think that UFOs are real and I think that the occupants of those craft are not our friends (there are many reasons for this)--- I have never (to my knowledge) witnessed actual UFO activity but have two very trusted friends who have !!

I seen something that looked like a huge propane tank in the sky over Fort Benton, Montana in July of 1995, I stop pulled off the highway and watch it for around ten minutes with binoculars, and then it moved slowly North and suddenly just vanished. Today this day I wish I would have never seen it, now I wonder what I seen and how could something so large just vanish, but maybe were dealing with an inner dimensional phenomenon, that why it could vanish so quickly, but again that's only a guess.

I met what I thought was an alien on board a flying saucer once, I rationalised that he was an alien. He said "who are you calling an alien" with an Irish accent. He said he was a leprechaun and had more right to live here then any human alive today, because he is 3 or 4000 years old, and created not born in Ireland.

well, the word UFO was made here on earth, so were the UFO's anti-gravity like propulsion was a dream, back in the 20's. the first Vril discs were made in the early 30's. I just cant believe the answeres here, no one accualy knoes the truth, and i find that funny, and scary at the same time. Its common knoeledge amongst the elders and veterans, but the voice of the wise does not have as much meaning anymore as it has in the past, the youth are our demise as a race of intelligent beings.

I've seen one that utterly convinced me.
(Bowel-loosening level of conviction)
until 20 minutes later I found out what it was.
But that's a long story.

There may be a rational explantion that doesn't require secret aircraft programs or little green or grey men (but doesn't refute them)
This is the Earth-lights hypothesis which suggests that changes in electromagnetic fields due to gelological stress can both produce aerial phenomena and produce odd time, memory and illusory effects in human brains.

This is also far from proven and remains a controversial approach. But it requires no aliens.

The Earth is 4.5 billion years old and we (humans) have only just begun to reach out into space. The universe is about 13.7 billion years old. So statistically, not only should there be other planets out there that support life, it stands to reason that some of those civilisations are a lot older than ours and so have reached even further into space than we have.

Have they visited us during their travels? more than likely.

For those interested the site below is full of conspiracy theories on the existence of UFOs (amongst other things) and well worth a look if you're into that sort of thing

There is a perfectly rational explanation for them. Some are from another planet, some are from another dimension, and some are from a secret U.S. base. Victor Shauberger invented them hundreds of years ago but there were already pictures of them in an ancient cave painting in France and an ancient temple in Egypt.

I actually think i was abducted by aliens. I left for college 30 mins early to get to class and turned up 2 hrs late! I only lived down the road and walked straight there from home and can not explain what happened to me in between!

I suspect that some UFOs are actually military projects built on Earth, like spy planes and things like that. Experimental aircraft. Some could also be atmospheric or optical illusions. I do firmly believe that there is intelligent life on other planets - proof of their intelligence is that they aren't interested in coming here. lol.
