Yep, there sure is.

To create a zipped compressed folder
Open My Computer.
Double-click a drive or folder.
On the File menu, point to New, and then click Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Type a name for the new folder, and then press ENTER.

To open My Computer, double-click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
You can also create a zipped compressed folder by right-clicking the desktop, pointing to New, and then clicking Compressed (zipped) Folder.
You can identify compressed folders by the zipper on the folder icon.
If you share compressed folders with users on other computer systems, you may want to limit the compressed folder names to eight characters with a .zip file name extension.

good question. Put a bunch of files in a folder. Then right click the folder. A window will pop up.
Chooses the option that says send file to. Inside of that chooce compress file.

If the option is not there you may not have it. You can always download a zip program like winzip and or winrar. 30 day trial.

Yes. It's called Compressed (zipped) folder on the send-to menu. To use it, select the file(s) that you want to put in, and then right click on one of them. Choose send to Compressed (zipped) folder and then follow any further instructions.

Later, when someone clicks on the zipped folder, they will be prompted to expand it.
