Verbally or by the written word?

Easier? Verbally, much easier to speak than to type or even *gasp* put pen to paper.
BUT generally I think I get my point across more effectively in the written context. Of course; it allows for revision.
BUT that's just if I'm ranting, obviously real multi-sided conversations are better had face-to-face. Less room for misinterpretation, easier to change tack when misunderstanding does take place.
BUT my life is a ceaseless endeavour to make the written word as close to (my) spoken language as possible.

I'd have to say written words. I hate confrontations, so when I'm writing most people don't know where I'm getting at. So I can confront someone with my written words and they wouldn't get indignant. So Yes, I prefer that over anything else.

I work retail in a very small shop so being verbally adept is essential, and a lot of fun. But I write for pleasure and to remember the things I need to say to no one but me

By far written, I do not fare well in verbalizing anything. I wish I could though.

Written word.. but I do the best with some sort of art (I am into a lot of medias)

written most definitely.. i am as dumb as a rock verbally.. but written i come across as someone who knows something...LOL
plus i have a voice like a twelve year old... so people take me more seriously if i write rather than speak.
